Charles Nicholson Painting is a painting business run under the name of Charles Nicholson. In a 2025 review, Charles sanded to bare wood, cleaned, primed and painted a home in West Dennis, and also did some pruning and power washed the patio, at a price the customer called very reasonable. A separate 2025 review says he first painted the kitchen, living and dining areas and was hired again for all of the bedrooms, taking care with trim, radiator covers and ceilings and making sure everything was covered and out of the way; that customer says he accommodated their schedule on short notice. In a 2024 review, Charles replaced a piece of sheetrock, completed some finish work and plastered a portion of the ceiling on top of a painting project, and kept the workspace clean. A 2022 review describes interior painting of a condo, including all woodwork, walls and cabinet painting, with help on color coordination, and says he started and finished exactly when he had planned. Another 2022 review says he painted the interior of an 850 sq foot home and was then hired to paint and repair the exterior trim and porch. A 2021 review says Charles painted the second floor of a new home in Brewster, a large room with cathedral ceilings, stained walls and a textured ceiling, plus a bathroom, and cleaned up at the end of each day. In 2021 he also painted a basement floor, and another 2021 review from East Sandwich describes caulking and sealing in a bathroom and kitchen. A 2020 review praises kitchen cabinets repainted in deep blue, and another from 2020 says he built bookcases, with Pete also on the job.

Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + RoomsHighly recommend Charles Nicholson! We have worked with Charles twice now, and had a fantastic experience both times. We first hired him to paint our living areas (kitchen, living, dining) and then hired him again to do all of our bedrooms. He was thorough, detail-oriented, and really took the time to get everything just right. Especially with trim, radiator covers and ceilings. He also took a lot of care to make sure everything was appropriately covered and out of the way. Everything came out perfect. Pricing was very reasonable, he was able to accommodate our schedule on short notice, and he was great at keeping us in the loop throughout the process. If you're looking for someone reliable and meticulous, we’d highly recommend him!
I recently hired Charles Nicholson for a painting project, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In addition to painting, Charles went above and beyond by replacing a piece of sheetrock, completing some finish work, and even plastering a portion of the ceiling. His attention to detail is exceptional, and he was punctual and professional throughout the entire process. Charles made sure to keep the workspace clean and tidy, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for high-quality work and excellent service!Show
Charles was very professional and did a great job on the project. I referred him to a friend and will hire him back for additional work.
Charles did an amazing job on the interior of our condo including all woodwork, walls and cabinet painting. He was very customer oriented and listened to our needs and helped us with color coordinations which is always difficult. He made this project so much easier. Charles started and finished the project exactly when he had planned. He helped us contact other professionals that were outstanding also. We couldnâ t be happier and we highly recommend Charles Nicholson.
