Erik is as good as it gets for timely service and advice at a reasonable cost! Erik and staff have been servicing my home AC units for the last 10 years, and at my local business where it's critical that customers are comfortable he is always there very promptly as I have needed him. I appreciate him making time in his schedule and very fast turnaround!

Erik replaced our furnace after we had a cracked heat exchanger on our old unit. We live in Windham so he swung by quickly to confirm that it did need to be replaced, and then was able to order a new one and get it replaced a couple days later. He also dropped off electric heaters to help keep the house warm for the day we were without heat. He did clean work and improved upon the exhaust and setup of the system. He even helped to reattach a piece of siding that was flapping in the wind that I had not noticed. Good work from a local guy.

Erik from Chase Heating and Cooling provided the highest level of service when my elderly mother suddenly lost heat at her home this past Sunday. He responded to my urgent text message immediately and was able to fit her into his busy work schedule the very next day, Monday. What's more, he went above and beyond by helping her switch on her gas fire place then checked that both her carbon monoxide alarms were working and replaced them with new batteries to ensure that she would be warm and safe until he returned. It turned out that her 20+ old machine needed a part that was not easily available so he drove to Exeter NH to track down the necessary part and returned on Tuesday to continue the repair and check machine's proper working condition. And on top of this, he helped her with an adjustment for her front door before leaving. I am so impressed by his incredible customer service, kindness and work ethic. My mother and I are beyond grateful to Erik and would highly recommend him/his company to anyone in need of heating and cooling service this coming winter. Thank you again Erik!
