Recent customers describe what happened after they called: an August 2026 reviewer left an after-hours message about a nonemergency issue, received a return call first thing the next morning and said the crew arrived at the promised installation time. A July reviewer described Adam and the team installing five heads over two and a half days, leaving the house cool and the installation clean.
