When another customer's AC stopped working during a heat wave, that customer wrote, Alex promptly made room in his schedule, worked the weekend to get the job done and offered competitive pricing. A different recent customer wrote that Alex diagnosed their issue right away and got the parts replaced within a day, and that their AC is back up and running. In another recent review, a customer wrote that Alex cleaned their central AC unit and was very thorough, professional and efficient. One more recent customer called Alex their go-to for all their HVAC work and wrote that he is on time and always communicates while working on the system.
