- Conflicting founding stories — 2019 in Mashpee vs. 2010 Cape Cod drywall work
CHG Homes INC is a family-owned residential construction and remodeling company based in Mashpee, MA, working across Cape Cod, Plymouth, and Duxbury. Its website lists deck construction, trim and finish carpentry, framing, roofing, siding, and door and window installation among its services. One thing worth asking about directly: the company's own website gives two different founding stories — one says it started in 2019 in Mashpee with 15-plus years of experience, another says it began in 2010 doing drywall work on Cape Cod. Those don't line up, so it's worth getting a straight answer on how long CHG Homes has actually been operating. CHG Homes is worth a call for a deck, carpentry, or exterior project in the Plymouth or Duxbury area — confirm its history, licensing, and get a written estimate before signing anything.
