Very professional and flexible. Randy has great design ideas and does much of his own drawing, which reduces the cost of having an outside architect and enables quick turn around to consider multiple versions of design before finalization. The team is very professional and courteous. My neighbors were very complimentary during construction of both the process and the group of men working on my home. The quality of work is high with attention to detail, especially mill work and custom details. The electrician and painters were not of the same high quality as the rest of the team. The bulk of the work was performed within the budget we had established... change orders and costs related to unexpected conditions were communicated quickly. Overall rating is high and I would recommend to others.
