One thing worth asking about directly: North Star Bailey has recently added small home additions and in-law apartments to its lineup, by its own description. That's a different scope of work than the window, siding, and deck jobs its reputation is built on, and there isn't yet a review record for it the way there is for the core exterior work. For a window job, a siding replacement, or deck work on the South Shore, the pattern here is a crew that shows up on time, cleans up daily, and treats small custom fixes as part of the job rather than an upcharge.
