As a new homeowner in a new geographical area, I was happy to welcome Chris to get the suggested cleaning of my gas boiler and to help me understand how the system works. He was amazing. He explained to me what kind of system I had and how it operated. He explained why it needed to be cleaned and that I should continue doing so every year. He changed batteries in the thermostat and showed me how all the functions of the thermostat worked: date, time, temperature, etc. He was friendly, kind, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Citizen Energy.
