On Google it holds 4.9★ across 87 ratings, with written reviews going back to 2022. The stories repeat. A pool-heater breaker kept tripping the main panel; the homeowner called at 9:35 one June 2024 morning and Matt was at the house by 10:30. An accident fried a whole meter bank over a long weekend in October 2024, and the customer described him scrambling for new meters and hardware and working past midnight to restore power. An outdoor wire cut by mistake late one day in May 2025 was repaired the next morning. In April 2026 a homeowner called about a blown fuse, Matt came out two hours later, found the fix amounted to flipping a switch, and didn't charge for the visit. Reviewers also keep mentioning how the money is handled: a flat quoted rate rather than an hourly clock, options laid out before anything is touched — one customer in April 2026 was offered a quick fix or a more strategic one built for later growth. Two customers wrote something different, and both are worth knowing. In January 2026 a homeowner who had exhaust fans installed said the price was too high, that Matt would only do the work if he supplied the fans himself so he could warranty them, and that calls and texts went unanswered after one of the fans had a problem. A June 2025 reviewer gave four stars, still recommending Matt by name, but said the price ran a little high and that an employee left a bag of trash in the garage. If your power is out or your panel is past its life, this is a shop that answers the phone and gets there. For scheduled installation work, settle two things at the quote: who is supplying the fixtures, and exactly who to call if one of them fails a few months on.
