"No contractors — just Don and his boys," an October 2020 reviewer wrote of Class A Wood Flooring, a Westbrook hardwood floor business that says it has been at it 25 years. It holds 5.0 stars from 30 ratings on both HomeAdvisor and Angi, and its written reviews run from April 2019 to October 2024. The names change over time. Reviews from 2019 to 2022 name Don, and a 2022 reviewer mentions his son; reviews from 2023 and 2024 name Logan. Three reviews mention older houses. A May 2023 reviewer said a father-and-son team took care with a floor over 200 years old. In September 2023, a customer said Logan had now refinished floors in two older houses for them, quickly, cleanly and at a fair price. A March 2021 review describes Don, Alex and Logan repairing and refinishing three bedrooms and a hallway, explaining up front what to expect when removing stains from the old wood, and keeping the work separated from the living space. The newest review, from October 2024, says Logan put hardwood in a living room, laminate in an office, and was staining the staircase. In a December 2019 review, a customer who left a key and checked the site only once said the job was left spotless. The company's site says it installs hardwood, vinyl plank, vinyl tile and interior trim and handles repairs, offers free estimates and is insured. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0669395, is active.
Logan is a meticulous and responsible craftsman. He put hardwood down in our living room, laminate in an office, and is staining our staircase. He communicates well and is an interesting person.
Logan was phenomenal! Very professional, reliable and responsive. Highly recommend and would absolutely use in the future.
Amazing timely and professional
Logan has now refinished floors in two older houses for us. He responded quickly to my requests, was prompt, reliable, and thorough with the work, left everything very clean and was very fairly priced. The finish is lovely and durable. I wouldnâ t hesitate to use his services again and to refer him to friends!
Job is done expected in a timely fashion did what needs to be done.
