Classic Endeavors is a small handyman and carpentry outfit run out of Raymond, New Hampshire by owner Paul Saint-Cyr, offering everything from trim and molding installation and cabinet work to the smaller jobs — furniture assembly, picture hanging, door and window repair — that make up a typical handyman's week. The written record here is thin but strikingly specific: a single detailed review describes a homeowner who called Paul back for three separate jobs at the same house, citing his honesty, careful attention to detail, and pricing described as very fair with no attempt to upsell. The reviewer went looking for something to complain about and came up empty. There isn't much of a track record to lean on yet — one review is what's on file — so a bigger or unusual project is worth a short conversation up front about scope, timeline, and cost before booking. For smaller carpentry and handyman jobs around Raymond, this looks like a careful, honest operator worth a call — just go in with clear expectations given how new the public record is.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Classic Endeavors. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A typical single-level deck is 12×16 — about 200 sq ft.
Estimated range
$7,750 – $14,500
Typical carpentry project around $11,100
I don’t usually ever write reviews but I felt compelled to do so for Classic Endeavors and more specifically, the owner, Paul. His company has now completed three jobs at my home. There are many reasons why I asked him back the second and third time but I think the most important one is that I trust him. He’s honest in a way that you don’t really find anymore. He’s respectful, incredibly detail oriented, his work is flawless (believe me, I tried to find a mistake or issue to validate my previously held belief that everyone was trying to swindle me lol), his pricing is *very* fair, he told me upfront about any potential additional costs, and most importantly, he didn’t talk over my head. He explained everything in a way that I completely understood (even if he had to dumb it waayyy down for me), that I was comfortable with, and he never once tried to upsell me. He’s one of the few transparent, respectful and integral left in this industry. I selfishly questioned even writing this review because I didn’t want him to be booked out for weeks should I need him again…but you deserve to know where to find the type of top notch service that is so hard to find nowadays, and he deserves to be regarded as top notch. Thank you so much for all you’ve done for us, Paul!
