Classic Kitchens Inc is a Pembroke kitchen and bath design and remodeling shop. On its Houzz profile it says it has served the South Shore since 1987, with Tom Supple as owner and kitchen designer. Its home improvement contractor licence, 175544, is active on the state registry. In 2025, Tom Supple and his team transformed a kitchen, with every inch of detail given full attention, and Tom gave that customer a discount for military veteran status. In 2023, two vanities were designed and built. A 2018 kitchen job involved a total gut of the existing kitchen and removing a load bearing wall. Tom worked with an outside architect on that job and did several quotes, all extremely detailed; it came in a little over budget, mostly because of more expensive materials and options than the original quote. In 2015, an interior designer wrote that Tom took on the job of General Contractor on a recent project and oversaw the whole renovation, not just the kitchen. In 2014, Classic Kitchens provided both a bath and kitchen remodel for one household and worked within their budget. In 2022, kitchen cabinets that were supposed to take 5 days to install still had on-going issues 27 weeks later, including an exhaust fan that sounds like a plane is landing when it is windy.
Classic Kitchens Inc customer review 07 October 25 We looked at nearly all of the assorted avenues to replace our kitchen and appliances none of the paths were clear or made sense enough to make expensive decisions. We found Classic Kitchens while simply driving by the store and stopped in.. were impressed with the displays and courteous customer facing service, and booked an appointment with Tom Supple. Our experience was excellent, Tom and his team transformed our kitchen into a gem.. and is truly appreciated. Every inch of detail had full attention and the plan was executed flawlessly.. Tom also honored my military veteran status with a discount. He went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions. He made sure we were both comfortable and actively involved with the decision making along the way. As mentioned his experience, willingness to listen and proactively give recommendations was priceless for this project to be a success. We would highly recommend Classic Kitchens and could not be happier with our new kitchen. It's sweet. No corners were cut. All top quality products and professional services... Respectfully, Jeff and Dina.
Tom is awesome to work with. Has great ideas. We had two vanities designed and built. Can’t wait to do kitchen!
My kitchen cabinets were delivered in late October and I was told it would take 5 days to install. 27 weeks later and there are still on-going issues that have been brought to their attention repeatedly and I get a smug email back questioning what could possibly be not completed. The owner is charming at first but watch out for the rattlesnake that will come your way if you have any concerns, question him or have an expectation of when you can expect to have your kitchen. Thanks for ruining our holidays and leaving us with a disaster including an exhaust fan that sounds like a plane is landing when it is windy.....I'll stop. Hopefully, you do your research before ending up in a disaster like I did.
Classic Kitchens was the first kitchen place I went to when I started thinking about re-doing my kitchen. I went to several others too, some whose quotes were lower, but I am very glad I chose Classic Kitchens. I love my kitchen! Tom Supple and his crew of contractors did a great job. This was the largest renovation I had ever done to my house and involved a total gut of the existing kitchen and removing a load bearing wall. And I am not a person familiar with carpentry, electrical or plumbing so needless to say, I had lots of questions. Tom is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the whole build process. He answered all my questions and explained details to me that I never even considered, which helped me a lot. He was also willing to work with the architect I hired to do the design. Some other kitchen places weren't happy if they were not doing the design themselves. Tom did several quotes for me and all were extremely detailed, which I appreciated since I wanted to know what was included and what wasn't and was worried about hidden costs. The job came in a little over budget, but mostly because I chose some more expensive materials and options than what was in the original quote. If you have never done a kitchen renovation, the whole process can be overwhelming. So many things to choose! Not just cabinets and countertops but floors, hardware, lights, backsplashes, etc. And for each the number of choices is enormous. Tom helped me whenever I asked him what about this? What about that? What are your other customers doing? He gave me pros and cons for various options and even showed me pictures of other jobs that gave me some great ideas about what to do in my kitchen. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Classic Kitchens.
I have worked with Tom at Classic Kitchens on a number of projects. As an Interior Designer, the thing I appreciate most about him that he is always open to working in tandem with me and is very open to my design ideas. He is thorough and patient with my clients, especially at the design presentations where he takes the time to answer every question. I also like that he will give two or three scenarios for each project so that the client can make choices that will fit comfortably within their budget. In my most recent project he took on the job of General Contractor and oversaw the whole renovation, not just the kitchen. All of his subcontractors did great work. Here is a photo of that beautiful kitchen!
