Classic Rock Marble & Granite

Most of what people write about Classic Rock happens before anything is cut. A May 2025 customer who walked in knowing nothing about stone was taken through the selections by Rose until she understood her options. A January 2025 customer found the inventory so large that choosing was the hard part, and had Jhame narrow it down. A March 2026 couple were guided to quartzite by Jennifer and wrote that the seams came out minimal and the finish flawless. Classic Rock Marble & Granite is a Danvers stone fabricator and installer — countertops in quartz, granite, marble, quartzite, soapstone and onyx — that says it has served New England since 2012. Its Google rating stands at 4.8 across 113 ratings. The showroom staff get named constantly: Rose, Gabby, Jennifer, Jhame, Nicole. So do the installers, Fabricio and Fernando, who turn up in reviews from 2022 through 2025 as the pair customers remember. Turnaround is short. An August 2024 customer went from picking a stone to marble installed in under a week; another that month had the team out to measure within days of the showroom visit and the counters in quickly after. The jobs run well beyond kitchen counters: bathroom vanity tops with two sinks, a shower surround with matching bench, curb and door threshold, a marble table top, and in January 2025 a granite counter cut to take a replacement for a cracked medallion-shaped undermount sink that no longer existed in the original size. A March 2024 customer noted the crew ran late on templating day and came anyway rather than rescheduling. Three reviews go the other way, and two of them are about the stone itself. In April 2026 a repeat customer wrote that an extra seam runs across the whole back of her vanity, that after a couple of years it looks bad and cannot be kept clean, and that she sees no cause for it beyond a cutting error; she was unhappy with the office as well. In June 2023 another customer had quartz installed well but with black imperfections that could not be removed — his wife had been working with the company toward a discount and, when he wrote, had waited a couple of months for an answer. A May 2022 one-star reviewer called the work sloppy and the pricing high. Classic Rock suits the homeowner who wants to stand in front of real slabs, get help choosing, and have the counters in within a week or two. Before the template is cut, walk the layout with them and get the seam placement agreed and written down — that is where the unhappy reviews land.
