In October 2025 a homeowner said he came out, diagnosed the problem immediately and did what was best for her rather than for the business, after other companies had given her what she called ridiculous quotes for things she didn't need. In September 2021 a customer whose water tank drained overnight into the basement and family room said Steve responded faster than anyone and was there in two hours, and that he and Dan pulled the water out within hours and left fans and a dehumidifier running. In August 2021 a couple who found a leak while away on vacation said Steve and Dan were responsive, quoted reasonably and scheduled promptly. In August 2022 a customer had mold removal and water damage repair done in a utility closet and described a fast response, estimate and completion. The routine work is ducts and dryer vents. In April 2026 a customer had dryer vents, ducts, HVAC boots and registers cleaned and called Steve professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. In June 2024 a customer with a second-floor dryer said he replaced a damaged vent hose and checked the heating and cooling vents as well. In January 2020 a reviewer whose dryer would not dry described the ductwork being taken apart and caked debris cleaned out. The one bad experience on file dates from June 2022: a customer said the company no-showed a 9am cleaning, phoned around 10am to say they couldn't make it, and called the business unprofessional. It is the only negative among 33 reviews running 2019 to 2026, alongside a 4.9-star Google average across 34 ratings and a 5.0 Angi average across 55. AdvantaClean is a sensible first call for a damp basement, a mold question, or ducts and dryer vents nobody has touched in years — particularly if what you want is a straight answer about whether the work is needed. Confirm the appointment window the day before, and ask for the test results in writing when an assessment is part of the job.
