Giordano Custom Concrete

Giordano Custom Concrete is a family-owned decorative concrete company in Danvers — stamped concrete, overlays, polished floors, hardscapes, and concrete countertops — that says it has more than two decades of experience working with architects and homeowners. The reviews that exist describe solid work. A 2026 review praises a concrete overlay for its flawless finish and a smooth, stress-free process, and a 2022 review describes a stamped concrete driveway pitched correctly for drainage, with a pattern and color tinting the homeowner loved. A 2021 review describes exterior concrete work done for the same customer in both 2020 and 2021, with satisfaction both times. Two things are worth knowing before hiring. The business's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is revoked, according to the state registry. Separately, the Better Business Bureau gives the business a B- rating and lists it as not accredited, citing a failure to respond to a filed complaint. On the review side, a 2023 review describes a high price quoted for a job over 500 square feet — above the company's stated minimum — for an area the company hadn't seen in person, along with a complaint about customer service. With only five reviews on Google spanning 2021 to 2026 — four of them five stars — there's limited written history to go on, and the revoked registration is a real reason to ask directly about current licensing status and get everything in writing before hiring for decorative concrete work in the Danvers area.
