They installed a brand-new septic system on our property and handled every step of the process with care. I am impressed with the service provided by Clean Septics. Nick called me back within 20 minutes and was at the property the next morning to fix a broken vent pipe. I called to get a title 5. It was a very straight forward process and I was scheduled within minutes. When they came out to inspect they were super knowledgeable, professional, and quick. By quick, they found the sections of the tank in light speed. I had the tank cleaned a few months prior (different company) and had to find the tank myself(not doing that again).. It took me a few hours of digging to find the right section, so I was very impressed that they had found it within minutes. They educated me a bit on the system and explained what they were looking for. It was interesting and appreciated. We weren't planning on moving, but we are and so the last month has been packed with trying to get so many things done and feeling incredibly stressed. They helped lower stress levels with their desire to share their process and getting the job done. I don't think they know how much relief they brought me. I know that may not be something you include in a review, but I needed it said. If we make it back this way, we will definitely be returning customers. As well as recommending them to our friends.
