So a homeowner calling here is calling a facilities contractor that also takes residential work — worth asking what a house job actually looks like for them, and who would be doing it. The company also describes itself as a Minority and Women Business Enterprise Certified organization. That is its own phrasing, and it names neither the certifying agency nor an owner. No customer accounts of their work have turned up anywhere else, so there is no rating here yet — only what the company says about itself. If they are on your list, ask for residential references and for the certification's issuing agency and number. Both are things you can check.
