Howard Cleaning Services

Howard Cleaning Services is a Dedham, MA janitorial company that says it covers both commercial and residential work — cleaning, floor care, and painting. Its written record runs from 2017 to 2019 on HomeAdvisor and picks back up in 2023 and 2026 on Google, staying positive across both spans. HomeAdvisor's own tally puts them at 4.9 stars across 8 reviews (88% five-star), and Google shows 4.5 stars from 11 ratings. In an August 2019 review, one client said Howard 'takes care of all our needs' in their workspace and called the crew very responsive and detailed; a 2018 review called them prompt and thorough and said the customer would call on them again. More recently, a June 2026 reviewer who has used them for over a year for their company office calls the crew flexible and fast, noting they also serve many other businesses in the area, and another June 2026 review — from a customer who hired them to clean an office — calls the team professional, punctual, and detail-oriented, leaving the space spotless and fresh. HomeAdvisor lists them as an accredited, certified member, with 12 projects shown and services spanning janitorial work, carpet cleaning, floor polishing, post-construction cleanup, and window cleaning. One caveat: HomeAdvisor's profile lists a Hyde Park address rather than the Dedham address on file, so it's worth confirming which location you'd actually be booking. A solid pick for regular commercial or residential cleaning, floor care, or a post-construction cleanup — confirm the service address and scope before scheduling.
