The City of Springfield included the company on its list of COVID-19 economic recovery grant recipients at $75,000. Federal motor-carrier records list it as a one-truck carrier whose operating authority is shown as not authorized in Massachusetts. What customers say splits sharply, and there are only three written accounts. Two praise the owner by name: in a 2024 review a West Springfield couple wrote that "Charles is a wonderful, honest business owner. He stands by his work, and his employees. That is a small sample and it is doing a lot of work: three written reviews across two years cannot tell you how the company handles a queue in a busy season. If you approach them, pin the start window down in writing, get the office to confirm the schedule in an email rather than a phone call, and ask who your point of contact is if that person leaves.
