So impressed with this company. After waiting months for another company previously used to provide annual maintenance on our propane gas boiler, I found Coastal HVAC on line. I was able to schedule a service appointment for annual maintenance within one day. Zach the technician arrived on time and spent about 1.5 hours performing the annual maintenance. He provided information about the efficiency of the system and found no issues, saying the system was running well. Zach was a very pleasant, polite young man who worked efficiently. We wish we had found Coastal months ago. Will definitely use their services in the future. Update 2025: Scheduled once again for annual maintenance. Scheduling online was easy. Appointment was scheduled within a week. Zach once again was our technician who completed the maintenance in a timely and professional manner. He corrected an annoying rattling in our system and stated that presently, the part rattling did not need to be replaced but may need to be in the future.
