Rather than book an emergency call, the man behind Lake Region Monitor phoned a customer back on a Saturday and talked them through resetting their lifter pump, that customer wrote in a December 2025 Google review. Lake Region Monitor is a one-person heating business that sells, services and installs Monitor and Toyo heaters, according to its Better Business Bureau profile, which says it was established in Maine in 2002 and names Don Gaudin as the owner. In a September 2023 review, a customer said Don completes all his work and is fair with his pricing, and a December 2022 reviewer cited 25 years of dependable service. On Google the business holds 5 stars from 7 ratings. Maine's licensing registry shows an active HVAC licence, JY30008071, held by Donald William Gaudin.
Called this company on Friday, he returned my call on a Saturday and told me how to get my lifter pump reset and going. Most companies would get you for emergency service. You don't find many people or companies that are helpful like this anymore. Damn shame!!! Thanks for being a stand up person.
Don is great, always complete with all his work and is fair with his pricing.
Top notch service. Expert care and honest business. 25 years of dependable service.
Called him on Friday, he returned my call on Saturday told me how to get my lifter pump up and running. Most companies would have came out for an emergency service.
