I can’t say enough nice things about working with Sofia Naoom at Coastal Point Properties. I had a complicated estate sale involving both the probate court and the land court. Those issues, combined with a tangled web of constantly changing Title V septic requirements had my head spinning. Sofia was not only friendly, but she was also very knowledgeable and patient.
