Coastal Tub and Tile Refinishing

The idea here is that your tub stays where it is. Coastal Tub and Tile Refinishing works out of Bourne and resurfaces bathtubs, tile, sinks and countertops around Cape Cod, reglazing with a fast-drying coating the company calls RapidCoat. Twenty-two Google reviews written between 2023 and 2025 sit behind a 5-star page across 23 ratings, and the detailed ones are colour changes and rescued fixtures. In a September 2023 review, a homeowner described a 1930s claw-foot tub with rust, corrosion and chips reglazed in a couple of hours, the process explained and the room left spotless. A May 2024 customer's dingy mocha tub and tile surround came back white; a September 2023 tub and shower went from avocado green to white. On price and scheduling: in a May 2024 review, a customer sent a photo, was quoted a price on the phone and paid exactly that, and another May 2024 reviewer said having the tub refinished came in thousands cheaper. Several reviews across those years note the technician arriving at the set time, and they name him — Devin, Milton, Nate, Tyler and Tom all turn up. It is not only bathrooms, either: an August 2023 reviewer had kitchen counters and an old ceramic sink done. This is the call when a tub is sound but looks tired — a dated colour, chips, a dull surface — and you would rather not open up the bathroom. Ask which coating and colour they will use, how soon the tub can be used after the spray, and what the warranty covers if the finish chips.
