Nice work

We had a large insurance claim. A failed heating system and compromised steam pipes severely damaged our subfloor and subsequently the entire first floor of the home. Everything, included the old floors had to be removed and replaced. Also damaged were the walls due to moisture and mold damage. Marquis replaced and refinished the entire first floor with antique hardwood. Please note the photos. In addition, replaced, repaired and painted the walls, ceilings and installed a chair rail. Marquis does quality workmanship, and communicates what needs to be done in a professional, easy to understand manner. In addition, we were working under a tight schedule. The reconstruction was so intensive, we were forced to move into a rental home for several weeks. Due to lease constraints on the rental home, the work had to be completed by a specific date, since a new tenant was moving in. Marquis completed his work a couple days ahead of schedule. Would certainly use his company again. Highly recommend!

Marquis and his crew were professional and skilled. All work was done well and he and his crew were very conscientious about constantly staying in touch with us about timing and progress.

I had a great experience with my bathroom project. I inquired online and Marquis called me the very next day. He surveyed the bathroom and we quickly met back up to discuss cost and expectations. I wanted to complete in a week as a surprise for my son and everything was completed on time. The entire crew was great and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommend

I just had my basement stairs and floors done by Resant. Marquis was friendly and professional. I have to say, this is the best construction company I hired (wish I had them for my bathroom remodel). For me communication is the major thing for me and communication was spot on. The work was beautifully done and quick (redo basement stairs and replace flooring, vinyl/carpet to laminate). Everyone was polite and friendly and patient with my schedule. My home was left clean. I would highly recommend them for any of your home improvements. I can't thank them enough. Update: I lowered from 5stars to 4 stars. there were some issues that needed to be handled, 3 times it was rescheduled. And to be told "sorry for the inconvenience" instead of plain sorry, left me annoyed. I didn't want to go into detail, because things happen, but as a business how you handle it is key. The issues were finally handled.
