Hello, I would like to report dangerous and aggressive driving by one of your drivers in Boston today. I was driving toward Storrow Drive in the right lane when one of your black trucks cut into my lane aggressively and nearly caused a collision. I have the incident recorded on my dash camera. After that, the driver made offensive gestures toward me, and when I attempted to pass, the driver moved the truck toward my vehicle again in what appeared to be another aggressive maneuver. The driver also appeared to be laughing during the incident. I believe this behavior was extremely unsafe and unprofessional, especially in heavy Boston traffic. I am submitting this complaint because I do not want someone driving in this manner while representing your company. I have video footage available if needed Thank you.

I’ve used Cognati Electric Inc. multiple times over the past few years for both my home and a rental property. Mauro has consistently been polite, responsive, and transparent in all of our communication. The team has handled a wide range of projects, including installing overhead lighting and ceiling fans, rewiring outlets and switches, upgrading fuse panels, and installing smoke and CO₂ detectors. They always arrive on time, are professional and pleasant to work with, and leave the space clean when the job is done.
