Compass Property Management and Landscaping LLC

Compass Property Management and Landscaping is a Harwich company that, per its Better Business Bureau listing, covers a wide range of property services — landscaping design and installation, hardscaping and lighting, tree work, snow removal, window washing, home watch, and both commercial and residential cleaning. The BBB gives it an A+ rating, though the profile notes the company isn't BBB-accredited. Nearly every review on file names one person specifically: Carla, a house cleaner working under the Compass name. What stands out is how long these relationships run — several clients describe using her for 15, even 20 years, consistently calling her reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. One customer who has used her for over five years says she also takes care of houseplants while cleaning; another recommends her for both a home and a church. A separate 2026 review speaks to the broader Compass Property Management operation directly, describing both commercial and residential accounts as hardworking and fairly priced. The picture that emerges is a small, personal operation built on long-standing trust rather than volume — every review on file is from early 2026, all five stars, with no complaints on record. Anyone hiring for a service beyond house cleaning — landscaping, hardscape work, tree service or snow removal — should ask directly who on the team would handle that job, since the reviews here concentrate almost entirely on the cleaning side.
