We just had CCCC clean our house after the completion of a construction project. Melissa was very professional with all of our communication. She got back to me the same day after I reached out via their website, came for a walkthrough a couple of days later and sent a detailed proposal soon after. Our house looked amazing when they were done and we will definitely have them back again in the future.

You would have to be either desperate or crazy to sign on with this cleaning company!! Hands down the most self-serving and unreliable company I have ever encountered!! I tried not once but twice to schedule an estimate and was blown off both time by the owner, Melissa. Her first excuse was that my email somehow ended up in her "trash" folder. When she blew me off our second appointment, she cowardly had her office assistant call me to apologize who proceed to tell me that their online scheduler was not working and this happens "at least twice a week". Really??? And that was just the beginning... When I finally got the "estimate" it was only an hourly rate with a range of hours. The first cleaning was going to be around $450, Bi-weekly around $350 and the Spring cleaning was going to be around $1,000! Yup!! You read that right! But these are only estimates... The craziest part is that you need to provide a credit card upfront, not knowing what you will actually be charged!

I have been through several cleaners/services. They wouldn't show up, or they would change the date and time at the last minute and more importantly, they did a poor job. I even had one company clean a neighbors house instead of mine. CCCC. Melissa is great. She communicates well. She does what she says she is going to do, and they clean really well. I even get reminders when they are coming. They always lock the door and they clean Really Well. Yes, they clean Really Well.

I wasn't using CCCC and my contracted cleaner did not turn over my property before guests had arrived. I called CCCC and even though they don't serve my area and I wasn't a customer they came and saved my day. They did such a great job that our guests were elated and did not expect the level of cleaning and service that was given. CCCC is absolutely amazing, they communication was top notch and consistent. The service was above and beyond what you would expect, they even looked at my listing and gave me suggestions!!! If they service your area then this is your company!

The team at CCCC has been incredible! We switched to CCCC from another company which we had used for years for a vacation rental. - From providing estimates, signing contracts and doing the actual cleaning - everything has been thorough, professional and of the highest quality. The communication has been great and most importantly, the house is cleaner than it has been in 20 years! I highly recommend CCCC. Excellent to work with and they do excellent work.
