Customers writing in December 2024 and January 2025 described returning to Quinn Home Services for cleaning over several years. A January 2025 apartment customer said the staff cleaned the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms, changed bed linens, did laundry and put dishes away. Another January reviewer reported four years of reliable service and attention to detail. The company describes itself as a family-owned residential and commercial cleaning business based in Dennis Port and serving Cape Cod. Its website says Gary Edward Quinn and Mirtes Camilo Quinn established it in 2019, beginning with housecleaning and expanding into other cleaning services. It offers deep, recurring, turnover and post-construction cleaning. Google shows a 5-star rating from 16 ratings; Angi shows 4.5 stars from 18 ratings. In December 2024, one customer described more than two years of service and praised the team for accommodating the household’s schedule. Another reported three years of reliable cleaning. A separate December customer described Mirtes’s team as prompt and thorough. A July 2021 Angi reviewer praised reliability and said returning guests complimented the house’s cleanliness. In January 2012, an Angi customer specifically credited Mirtes and her team with cleaning a rental home, including laundry. The company’s stated establishment date and the earlier Angi accounts describe different starting points: a May 2011 reviewer said they had employed Mrs. Quinn for almost seven years. Those earlier accounts also include complaints. A September 2012 customer reported an 8:30 a.m. appointment followed by arrival around 10:15, then alleged that appliances, counters and floors remained dirty. The reviewer said the cleaner told them not to pay and to hire someone else, then left, requiring the customer and spouse to finish cleaning themselves. A May 2012 reviewer reported arrival at 6:30 p.m. for a confirmed 3 p.m. appointment, without an explanation or acknowledgment. An April 2012 customer said cleaning solution had compromised some kitchen-cabinet finish, although grime had been removed and the customer intended to use the team again.
