My family experienced a personal health crisis which led to us needing a handicap accessible bathroom immediately. Jeff was able to come within 24 hours of our call and begin work the next day. We absolutely love our new bathroom and are grateful for his attention to detail and helping us choose each fixture, tile, and even paint color. Spectacular job by Alan and Jeff. Working with Concept from start to finish on our custom home project has spoiled us for life and we love our beautiful new house. We are absolutely thrilled with the first floor remodel that Concept Building completed for us last year. The project came in on time and on budget. We lived in the house during the construction. The Concept team made it so easy - they installed a small kitchen for us in our dining room, put up temporary walls to prevent dust and noise and cleaned up every night. The communications were terrific. The sub-contractors were all top-notch as well.

I highly recommend Jeff and Alan. They are extremely detail oriented, and helped us from the very start to finish create our dream addition. Building on a home from 1890 meant there was a lot of uncertainty in the up-front planning of the project. Alan didn't hesitate at any curveball that came his way, and handled everything with top quality management and craftsmanship. They were attentive, always available, and they continue to be a great resource for us even now after the project is finished!
