Delta Home Improvement inc

Delta Home Improvement Inc did fabulous work on my home remodel. I purchased an older home in Hopkinton and did significant remodeling. I had an architect and Giane worked closely with that person and contributed good ideas. Giane and his team were fantastic!! They were there when they said they would be, paid attention to details and worked hard. Giane managed the schedule of each of his subcontractors to make sure everything was done at the right times so each part of the work was done to keep things on schedule. I was selling my house in Oregon and back and forth as frequently as possible. I had complete trust that the work would continue as planned when I was not here. Giane communicated with me regularly to show me Progress and make decisions that needed To be made as well as showing me videos and photos of the progress. Delta and the whole team take tremendous pride in their work and provide excellent work and service every step of the way. My brother and his wife who are both architects were in town this week and were very impressed with the quality of work. I’ve worked with a handful of contractors Over the years and working with Delta Is by far the best experience I have had. The whole process was very positive. I feel they were an important part of my life through the services they provided

If they don’t even show up to scheduled consultation and don’t even contact you! That’s a definite no for me!!

We had Giane and his team completely renovate two full bathrooms. Giane was terrific to work with at every step. He initially came over to discuss the project, offered some fresh ideas and provided a reasonable cost estimate that he stayed true to throughout. He was responsive, and the quality of his work and that of his subs met our expectations on every detail. We are getting ready to tackle the kitchen and have already discussed with him.

Giane from Delta Property Services was very professional and completed the job on time. He was also flexible to work with and always very modest in his communications.

Our condo just had the roof redone. Giane and Delta Property was exceptional. We got quotes from several contractors and Giane's quote was very fair. He was the only contractor that came and actual went up on the roof before giving us a quote. When we had questions about the quote, he was quick to respond and very helpful. During the re-shingling, Giane was on the site working and managing the job. He was very professional. The job was completed efficiently. The roof looks great and we are very satisfied with his work. I would rehire Giane again and highly recommend him.
