One name sits on both sides of this business: Kabalane "Kaby" Jeneid owns Building Construction Professionals and is the holder of record on its Massachusetts licences. The Norwood company works design-build — drawing the plans, then building them — on kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, additions, ADUs and custom decks. Both licences are active on the state registry: home improvement contractor registration 183522 and construction supervisor licence CS-096174. Houzz carries that same CS-096174 number, lists the company as insured, and files it under design-build, universal design and accessory dwelling units. Jeneid's own site says he has more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience and a master's degree in architecture. On Google, one homeowner has written about the work. In August 2026, a customer whose bathroom he remodeled described him as very detail oriented, with a vast set of knowledge, said he saved them as much money as he could, and wrote that they would hire him again. For someone who wants one party responsible for both the drawings and the build — a bathroom gut, a finished basement, an addition or an ADU — he is a straightforward one to price out. Ask to see a completed project of the same type as yours, and have the design work and the construction quoted as separate lines before you sign.
