A recent Google reviewer describes Kevin as the owner and says he is still the person who answers the phone, customizes the fence to a household's needs and stays available after installation. With Kevin's tips, that customer's two dogs learned the system's limits in only days. A recent customer who has had the fence for a few years says Kevin was patient and determined in fixing problems caused by work done in the yard. A 2026 customer said Kevin responded quickly to breaks in the fence after their previous installer went out of business, and solved the problem in one trip despite frozen ground. In a 2025 review, a customer said Kevin had put in and serviced two systems for them over 30 years. A 2024 customer said Kevin helped plan the layout of an invisible fence for a large dog in the backyard and helped train the dog. A 2023 customer who had recently moved to South Salem said Kevin installed their invisible dog fence and described hands-on training for both owner and dog. A 2022 customer wrote about a rescue dog that was very scared of strangers and would not let one close enough to train her. That 2022 customer said one fence company had said the fence would only work if they trained the dog, and another said the breed could not be contained. In the same 2022 review, the customer said this company worked with them to show them how to train the dog themselves, and that the dog went on to nap and play outside. In a 2025 review, a customer said they paid for an additional line so their dog would not cross over, that the dog still crossed easily, and that the company said it would come back to look and never did.
