Connecticut Valley Septic Services works on septic tanks, and the company says it has been in business 24 years and offers 24/7 emergency service. A 2025 customer said Travis came out to inspect the septic tank on a house they were buying after an inspection the month before said the tank needed replacing at a cost of almost $10,000. That 2025 customer said Travis gave a second opinion, explained the lifespan and maintenance of septic tanks, and said the tank was functioning properly and did not need to be replaced. A 2023 customer said Travis came out on a Saturday for an emergency pump out and liked his quick response, his on-time arrival and his fair price. A 2023 customer wrote that they had used Travis for years for septic system cleaning. A 2024 customer, a new homeowner, said Travis explained how the tank worked and cleaned up afterward so well they could barely tell he had been in the lawn. A 2025 customer had Travis inspect the septic on a house they hoped to buy; the tank was compromised, so a full inspection was not needed and he dug up the lid. That 2025 customer said their emails and texts asking whether he would cut the cost of the inspection were ignored, the report was withheld, and it went to their realtor two minutes after they paid the entire bill.
Absolutely a great business owner! Great customer service and super professional job. Highly recommended.
We had Travis come out to inspect the septic on a house we’re hoping to buy. The tank itself was compromised so a full inspection wasn’t needed, all that he did was dig up the lid. After the inspection, we reached out to see if he was willing to cut down the cost of the inspection. Through both email and text he completely ignored our questions and withheld the report. We finally just paid the entire bill and two minutes later the report was sent to our realtor. I totally understand paying for his time and was just hoping to have a conversation, but I feel that ignoring our effort to communicate was totally unprofessional.
Travis came over to do an inspection on a septic tank for a house that my husband and I are going to be purchasing. The house was being sold "as is" and had an inspection the month prior stating that the septic tank needed to be replaced and would cost the buyer almost $10,000. Travis was a little bit skeptical on the inspection after reading the initial report and came out to give us a second opinion. Long story short, Travis educated us on the lifespan and maintenance needed for septic tanks and assured us that the septic tank was functioning properly and did not need to be replaced! We are so thankful for him to take the time to come out and save us a TON of money that will be better spent for other updates that the home needs. We will be referring anyone we know that needs a septic guy to Travis, and will be using him in the future for any septic maintenance. THANK YOU TRAVIS!
Cannot recommend this company enough! They are incredibly nice and very informative. As a new homeowner, Travis answered all my questions and explained all the in's and out's of my tank and how it worked and really made me feel comfortable and confident. Best part when everything was said and done he cleaned everything up and you could barely tell he was in my lawn. Would absolutely recommend their services and definitely see why he came highly recommended when I asked around.
