I came across Jake by a fluke. He was professional and very responsive to my needs. I needed some assistance with an investment property. He met with me and calculated the price for the project. Now, I am not a landscaper but I think I am a good landlord... did some research and found other companies and obtained their price.... was shocked by their prices. I was honest with Jake and shared this information and told him to hold on the project. He did not complained nor dismiss me or put me in the back burner. I did some reflecting and realize that I could do some parts of the project, I shared this with Jake and my new requests. He accepted them with no buts, ifs or maybes. He showed up on the date agreed and did his part. I felt understood and for any future projects, specially my primary residence he will be my first choice for any landscaping needs.

Jake was very easy to work with, very professional, and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. We had a big rainstorm after he redid my lawn and after the storm he came over to make sure none of the work he just did was damaged by the rain. Told me if there was any issues to contact him. I had absolutely no lawn at my house and it looked absolutely horrible. Jake worked with my budget and was able to condition the soil with an attachment on his bobcat saving on topsoil costs and seed the entire lawn.
