The same two names — Serhii and Alex — turn up in nearly every review this Ashland-based company has picked up since late 2025, whether the job was a stuck window or a full deck rebuild. The company describes its own hands-on construction experience as dating back to 2010, working across roofing, siding, windows, doors, decking, and custom furniture, run day-to-day by an owner who goes by Alex. What people hire them for, based on the reviews, is carpentry-heavy repair and restoration: replacing rotted trim and rebuilding gable vents, matching a glass-and-frame repair on a 20-plus-year-old Anderson casement window closely enough that it disappears next to the rest of the house, and re-siding and re-trimming windows so the finish lines up with what was already there. A few jobs go bigger — a custom kitchen wall unit designed and built from scratch, a fabricated office door, and a deck restoration (new stairs, rebuilt framing, refinished surface) that a customer says still looks good years on. The same details keep showing up across reviews on Google and Thumbtack: on schedule, explains the work before starting, and leaves the site clean — one reviewer mentions the crew didn't charge for leftover stain and sealant they had on hand. Thumbtack lists it as a Top Pro with a 5.0-star average across 90 ratings and 45 project photos, almost all five stars. One 2026 Google review breaks that pattern — a single one-star rating describing "a bad experience" with no further detail given, worth keeping in mind even without knowing what went wrong. The company's account of its own history also isn't perfectly consistent: its website cites experience since 2010, while its Thumbtack profile lists 18 years in business. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active and verified against the state registry. For window, siding, trim, and deck work — the jobs its reviewers describe in the most detail — this looks like a solid call; for anything further outside that lane, it's worth confirming with Alex directly before booking.
Highly recommended. Serhii and Alex replaced the trim/sills on multiple south-facing windows, rebuilt gable vents, and replaced the rotting trim around the garage doors, as well as replacing the screen in a sliding door. Excellent communication, always on time/schedule, quick to respond to inquiries and to get us an estimate, kept us informed about status or any changes to the job, and did a lovely job.
Excellent team. Very good attention to details. We use them for various home projects, always on top of the game. Clear invoices, fair prices, and always on time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
They were very easy to communicate and were always on time. They offered a reasonable price for the job and completed it nicely. I am very happy with their work and will certainly continue working with them on any future projects.
The team is amazing technically. Real world talent and active listening skills also. My go to team for various consteuction projects!
Serhii and Alex repaired the glass and frame of a 20+ year old Anderson casement window. The repair was very good and matches the other windows very well. Very responsive and professional.
