Construction By Anderson

Construction By Anderson is a one-person, family-run remodeling business Robert Anderson has operated out of Revere since 1984, working on painting, siding, roofing, windows, masonry, carpentry, and kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (HIC 103728) is active, and BuildZoom's tracking shows 137 permitted projects under the business, alongside a Better Business Bureau profile that has carried an A+ rating and accreditation since 1993. There is only one written review on file: a 2024 Google post that didn't describe any completed job but criticized Robert Anderson's practice of going door-to-door soliciting work, calling it "creepy." That review is about how work gets solicited, not about the quality of a finished job, and there isn't another written account on file describing what a project with the company is actually like. For home improvement or remodeling work in Revere, the licensing and permit history point to a long-running, licensed operation — worth asking directly about recent project references, since there isn't much of a written record beyond that one review.
