A February 2026 customer had frozen water shutoff valves freed so a new water filter could go in under the kitchen sink, and said the job came in at the price quoted. A January 2026 reviewer said she responded immediately, showed up promptly, and did exactly what she said she would. The heavier work sits in the older reviews. A December 2024 customer described a studio renovated with new insulation, walls, windows, flooring, a bathroom and a woodstove. In March 2025 someone hired them to repaint two rooms and ended up having the whole condo done. An October 2024 review recounts front steps that had been getting dangerous over four winters, handled in two days after two earlier quotes the customer called astronomical. Half of the twelve reviews mention money — quoted up front, competitive, or simply reasonable — so the price conversation should be a straightforward one. Its own site describes a one-person handyman operation now taking smaller projects, while the reviews describe two people on the job, so ask who will be at your house and on which days. For a punch list, a closet, a fence or a couple of rooms to paint, this is a sensible call; the 2024 reviews describe bigger jobs too, so those are worth asking about. Get the quote in writing, and confirm the Massachusetts home improvement registration and insurance before booking a renovation.
