On its BBB profile the company describes itself as a residential and commercial builder that works from frame to finish through a large network of subcontractors. BBB grades it A+. A 2023 customer said Steve and his crews did their garage, listened to their ideas and didn't push them to spend more, and that even with the metal roof they wanted, the price came in under a competitor's quote. A 2025 customer said a shower job they were told would take a month was still not complete seven weeks in, and that the company said it didn't know why its own guys hadn't shown up for work. That 2025 customer also said there was still an issue with the bathroom after the company came back, and that the second bathroom was starting to leak into the next room. A recent customer called them complete hacks.
