Kitchens and bathrooms are the jobs customers describe, and most of the reviews name the same person: Paul. Elite Design Kitchen & Bath is based in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. Its written reviews all date from 2025. In a January 2025 Thumbtack review, a homeowner described Paul remodeling a 20-year-old bathroom, with new tiling and fixtures, and said he kept the workspace clean and explained each step as it went. Another January 2025 Thumbtack customer said Paul had completed several projects for them, two bathrooms, a patio and an attic converted into a studio, and that each kept to its scheduled deadlines and budget. A third, also from January 2025, wrote about new floors and a couple of smaller jobs, and mentioned affordable prices. Two January 2025 Google reviews describe kitchen redos by Paul. The most recent account, a November 2025 Google review, came from a customer whose kitchen Paul finished and who had already asked him to quote a bathroom. On Google it holds 4.6 stars from 11 ratings; on Thumbtack, 4.5 from 8 ratings, with 12% of those at 1 star. Its Rhode Island contractor registration, GC-41752, is listed as expired on the state registry.
