Continental Construction Group LLC

Continental Construction Group LLC is a Lynn, MA contractor listed for additions, remodeling, roofing, siding and painting work, both residential and commercial. Permit records show about 15 building permits for the business from 2004 to 2023, across Lynn, Nahant, Newton, Everett, Springfield, Lowell, Waltham and Peabody. Its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration, #183217, is active, issued 10-19-2025. BuildZoom's own listing also shows two earlier HIC numbers associated with the business, #155785 and #128490. Sources disagree on some basics, too: Angi lists a business address of 177 North Common Street in Lynn, while the state registry and BuildZoom both show 57 Oakland Ave, and Angi's own page gives two different figures for how long the company has operated — 30 years in one place, over ten years in another. Given these inconsistencies, confirm the current business address, the company's actual years in operation, and its license status directly before booking any work.
