Continental Stone Marble and Granite is a Leominster stone fabricator and installer — granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, soapstone and porcelain countertops, plus tile and stair treads — that's been family-run since 2003, with a showroom on Research Drive and a fabrication shop in Sterling. Most of what people hire them for is a kitchen or bathroom countertop, and much of its written record, spanning 2021 to 2025, describes the same result: seams described as nearly invisible and installs finished on schedule. Reviewers from 2021 through 2025 repeatedly single out staff by name — Bruna and Carol come up again and again for walking customers through slab selection and keeping projects on schedule, including a 2022 account of a family moved into a new home ahead of schedule and another where the crew finished a job a previous contractor had left unresolved. But the record isn't uniform. A 2023 review described an $8,000 quartz countertop job that left a roughly one-inch gap filled with caulk and cabinet finish damage the owner reportedly wouldn't address. A 2024 review reported a sink reinstalled incorrectly, with the technician doing the work not a licensed plumber, and a confrontational phone call with staff and both owners. Another 2024 review described being routed to an unreachable 'specialist' and feeling upcharged on installation. Separately, a U.S. Department of Labor OSHA inspection of the company's Sterling manufacturing facility resulted in one citation and about $4,375 in proposed penalties. BBB is not accredited and grades the company B- over an unanswered complaint. For a straightforward countertop job the reviews mostly land well, but ask up front who is actually doing the installation, and get pricing and scope in writing before work starts.

We just had an amazing countertop installed by Continental Stone. They were professional, caring and knowledgeable from start to finish. You cannot even see the seam in the kitchen countertop…Highly recommended them!

I would highly recommend continental stone . You will enjoy the entire process , manny and Norma are so knowledgeable and took the time to design a kitchen we love .The quality of work and attention to detail makes all the difference . I was so pleased with this company from beginning to end I was able to just sit back while they did their job and never worry or second guess any thing about the project. I consider myself Lucky having the opportunity to to work with them
Andre and Jonas arrived at my home on time and went right to work. They did a fantastic job installing our new countertops. They also answered all my questions and were very polite and professional. After they were done they did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend Continental Stone Marble and Granite.
Your “specialist” is the receptionist. She does all the work showing you the granite and then refers you to a specialist that you’ll never end up speaking to. They upcharge you for installation and you’re better off finding some random guys’ son to do it for you for half the price. Would not recommend.
