Convectronics isn't a company you call when the furnace quits. It's a Haverhill manufacturer on Neck Road that builds custom industrial electric heaters, temperature sensors and process controllers, sold nationally through distributors and an online store — the buyers are engineers and OEMs, not homeowners. The company says it has been at it for 41 years, with components handmade by craftspeople in Massachusetts. It also states its sensor products conform to applicable ISA standards and that their accuracy is traceable to NIST, which is the sort of claim an industrial buyer checks and a homeowner never needs. There is very little public review history to go on: a 4.9 Google average drawn from just seven ratings, and only two written reviews, both from 2024. That's far too thin to support a rating either way, and nothing in it describes residential heating or cooling work. If you're sourcing a quartz tube heater, a thermocouple, or an SCR power controller for a process line, this is a manufacturer worth a quote request. If you're a homeowner looking for someone to service or install a home heating system, this is the wrong listing — look for a licensed residential HVAC contractor instead.
