I’ve worked with John and his team for several years in two different homes and on nearly a half dozen projects, including renovating my bathrooms, Replacing my entire back porch, installing French doors and opening up my kitchen leading directly to the patio, and now redoing my basement twice in two different homes, including a personal gym and a bar and everything has always come out top-notch. I love working with John and his team because I bounce off ideas With him and he helps me to come up with a concept and design That he knows I will like and is always looking for ways to work within my budget. I highly recommend Cooper modifications for all your home renovations.

We used Cooper for our siding project and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Importantly their communication was top-notch and everything was telegraphed exactly how it should go. This was mostly a product of my communication with Anthony. He was fantastic at driving the project forward, keeping us informed constantly sending us pictures of what was going on and asking us any questions around any options that might be available. I would certainly recommend anthony and his team and will likely use them again for other projects.

My fiancé and I moved to Milford CT about two years ago. Bought a house from the 1960s, needed some loving. Learned about Cooper Mods through word of mouth, gave them a shot to remodel our deck. This company could not be more impressive. Responsive, well priced, and the finished deck was perfect. They work around your schedule, respecting your time and finishing the project promptly. We have roof and siding installed, all the materials are high quality and daily communication with the contractor and crews to make sure every detail has done right and look perfect, the crews are very good, from the day one, stripping out the old roof to the last day cleanup , very professional and highly skilled. We are very happy with the work
