Berkeley Exteriors

Wonderful service. Everything went exactly as I was promised. I had my deck replaced and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the performance of a very qualified crew.

I went with Berkeley because they are a well established company with excellent reviews. It helped that they gave the best price for my new roof and gutter guards. Their crew was professional and did excellent work.I highly recommend them.

Chris and his team did a great job. They were able to accommodate our business hours. They kept the area clean and they are a pleasure to work with.

Berkeley Exteriors just finished replacing our roof over the main house, garage and in-law apartment. We obtained four bids and Chris came in with the best offer and with a product that has a 50-year warranty. He was very detailed in his presentation and explanations and the work was completed on time. Anthony led the crew and was very thorough with every detail. The crew did an excellent job from installation to clean up. We highly recommend Berkeley Exteriors. They are very professional and caring in their work and easy to deal with in their communications. Having spent 20 years in the building industry myself, I would say these guys are “top notch”!

I had siding and Windows installed about 20 years ago. The workmanship is subpar. When they installed the windows the trim in the inside of the window was broken when the installer removed the trim. The installer put it back in broken in most of the windows. I brought it to the attention of the owner Mike and his answer was “you are going to put up curtains anyway”. I had no recourse because I had made the full payment. The new trim around the outside windows was not very professional and the caulking seal that they applied looks horrible. I also had a window glass break on its own that had a lifetime warranty. Mike came out, measured it and has never came back or will return any of my messages. I do not recommend Berkeley Exteriors!
