Cooper Property & Waste Solutions is a Braintree dumpster-and-cleanout operation built on repeat business — general contractors, real-estate agents and carpentry crews who keep calling back year after year. Run day to day by Bryan Cooper, the company's written record spans roughly 40 reviews across Google, Angi and HomeAdvisor from 2019 into 2026. The written record, mostly from 2019 through 2023, tells a consistent story: drop-off and pickup happen when promised, and quoted prices hold. A 2022 Angi review described paying exactly the quoted price for a dumpster plus gas with no hidden add-ons, and a 2023 review from a Boston general contractor described using Cooper for disposal and demo needs for ten years, with the back-office side described as smoothly run. Another 2023 review described Bryan's crew taking down interior walls by hand, careful not to damage anything inside, then cleaning up daily — work that goes beyond a simple dumpster drop. In a more recent November 2025 review, a customer praised the price on a load of window sashes, saying it beat a flashier competitor's quote by more than double. Two written reviews stand apart from the rest. A February 2025 review reported paying for a 12-foot dumpster and receiving an 8-foot one instead, with the company declining to refund the difference — a real complaint about the core service worth asking about directly. A separate late-2024 review describes a bad experience as a tenant at a rental property owned by Bryan personally, over unreliable heat — that account is about a landlord-tenant issue, not about a dumpster or clean-out job, and says little about the waste-removal work itself. For a scheduled dumpster, demo, or property clean-out, the volume of long-running client relationships is the strongest signal here — just confirm the dumpster size in writing before it's dropped off.
Great people the guy that walked in was so dexty
Cooper Waste gave me a great price and hauled away a bunch of window sashes that replaced myself and couldn’t take to my local recycling center. Don’t bother with the flashy junk hauling companies that spend all their money on marketing…one of those companies quoted me a price that was more than double what Cooper Waste charged me.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their service is disappointing, their pricing is outrageous, and they’re completely dishonest. We paid for a 12 foot dumpster but received an 8 foot one instead. And they refused to refund the price difference. Absolutely not worth the money.
I had a horrible experience staying at Bryan's property at 124 Merrymount Rd. I lived there for 11 months and never had proper heating. For most of the time I lived there, my room—and some of my housemates' rooms—had no heat at all. If we are lucky and there's actually heat, everytime I turned on the radiator, dirty water would leak out of the prehistoric radiators and make a big mess in my room damaging some of my stuff. And the radiator would make such loud noises that it was impossible to sleep. I either wouldn't be able to fall asleep or woke up repeatedly during the night due to the noise level. Some other tenants in the house faced the no heating issue as well. He called an incompetent and rude plumber a few times, seemingly to give the impression he was addressing the issue. But he did nothing meaningful to resolve it. One time the rude plumber literally walked into my room and all he did was turning off the little valve and said problem solved. What a joke. The problem was already there when I first moved in and when I kindly asked him to fix it, he said he'd fix it before winter arrives but he never did. I kept kindly asking him to do something about it countless times, but he chose to completely ignore me and pretend there's no issue. When I bring up the issue, he would give me attitude, become angry, dismissive, and wouldn't even let me explain. He'd constantly interrupt me mid-sentence, refusing to listen—such disrespectful behavior. He kept saying something like "I've been doing this job for 546145 years I know what I'm doing" well clearly not Imagine paying over $1,000 a month for a small room and not even having heat during the winter. I had no choice but to turn off the radiator manually and use an electric heater throughout the fall and winter. But guess what? He wouldn't let tenants use an electric heater so I had to use the heater hiddenly. Otherwise I'd freeze to death. When I finally managed to leave the house, oh what a relief! I will attach a few pics so people would know what I had to deal with the entire winter and hopefully not choose to stay in his property! Half the time I come home when the radiator is on, I'd find my room just like in the pictures.
Cooper Property & Waste Solution is the only company I use for all of my project with Hastings Carpentry. Brian and Michele are super responsive and the crew delivers on time, every time, to keep my jobs rolling. There is the best in the area.
