Bio-One of South Shore is a Braintree cleanup company that says it has been in business 10 years. Its website lists suicide, crime scene and blood spill cleanup, hoarding cleanup, decomposition cleanup, medical waste disposal, odor removal, rodent droppings and feces or urine cleanup, and virus and bacteria disinfection, and it names service towns including Weymouth, Quincy, Brockton, Plymouth, Sandwich, Barnstable and Falmouth. A 2026 Google review calls Cameron the owner and says he was honest, compassionate, and upfront about what could be done, with Curtis and Anthony handling most of that project and Seth and Gigi helping. A 2026 review describes a garage full of rat droppings and years of accumulated junk that they cleared so it could be used again. In another 2026 review, they cleaned out an attic squirrels had gotten into and solved how the squirrels got there, something a pest control company hired earlier was unable to do, at a quoted price the customer called "more than fair." A separate 2026 review describes a full house cleanout for a condemned property, with the team taking time to save heirlooms. Another 2026 review describes a mother's estate that was "an extreme hoarding situation," handled with respect. Cameron came out on short notice to help find the source of an odor in a home being purchased, according to a 2026 review. A 2026 review says Anthony and Curtis went up and down stairs with heavy items all day long in a house with "so much stuff," and describes what they accomplished in two days. In a 2025 review, Curtis and an associate, under Cameron's direction, de-hoarded and sanitized a rodent-infested basement over two days. A different 2025 review says Cameron answered a call on Christmas Day and his crew came out on a Sunday. A 2024 review says Cam and crew fixed a mold issue in a basement. An earlier 2026 review, from February, said they gave a detailed estimate, did the job within a week, and finished in the time frame outlined in their proposal. A 2026 four-star review says they threw out the entire contents of a refrigerator and some linens that were never part of the original plan of action, and that Cameron was quick to recompense the cost of replacing it all. That review advises making clear that anything they want to discard is cleared by you first.

They were responsive from our very first contact, showed up punctual and kind, and were clearly responsible and thorough in their work. They truly went above and beyond, and we can finally use our garage again! Cameron and his team were incredibly clutch! I reached out via the contact form on the website, and within 15 minutes I received a phone call with the team ready to assist! Bio-One of South Shore made a stressful situation much more manageable. When I arrived on the scene to scope-out the levity of the situation, it turned out that it was not as bad as I had initially thought, but these guys were still there to help out and offer support as well as some tips and tricks for the best sanitation methods possible! From the prompt response, to the customer service; I couldn’t recommend them enough. I will be sure to keep them at the top of the list for personal use, as well as any recommendation I give to someone experiencing a need for biohazard, and sanitation clean up!
