Corey's Plumbhouse is Corey Poudrier, and his name turns up the way a good local plumber's usually does — when a neighbor asks who to call. In December 2025 someone in Braintree went looking for a plumber to install a water filter, and two people pointed the same direction. One wrote "Corey Poudrier is great... def recommend" and steered the asker toward his business account, Corey's Plumbhouse. The other posted his number outright: "he is the guy you should call for sure, he will treat you right." Two unprompted referrals inside a day is a real signal, if a small one — both came from neighbors answering a stranger, not from anything the business put out. It is also all there is: nobody has written up an actual job, and no reviews exist on any platform, so there is little beyond the referral itself behind this read.
