CORSAIR Construction

Corsair Construction is a small Dedham, Massachusetts outfit whose earliest praise comes from two very different jobs: a deck build and a flooring-and-paint refresh. In a 2020 review, a homeowner said Mario, the company's owner, put in a new deck for them and called the finished work outstanding, adding it was one of the most professional experiences they'd had with a contractor. A few days earlier that same October, another homeowner had hired the company just for new flooring across several rooms, then ended up having the rooms painted too after talking it over with the owner — that review called the extra paint work good, fairly priced, and described the owner (spelled "Marius" in that account) as a professional, knowledgeable general contractor. Both written accounts date to October 2020, and Google shows a 5-star average from three ratings but nothing more recent or detailed on file. Anyone reaching out now should ask about current work and availability, since there's no written record from the years since those two jobs. If the deck and flooring work described above is close to what you need, Corsair is worth a call — just go in asking for recent references rather than assuming the 2020 praise still reflects today's crew.
