E. Medwid Pressure Washing and Cleaning

E. Medwid Pressure Washing and Cleaning is a one-person operation — owner Eric Medwid handles gutter cleaning, power washing, and related exterior upkeep himself, working out of Dedham and, by the company's own account, as far out as Westwood, Needham, Walpole, West Roxbury, Norwood and Medfield. The 24 Google reviews on file run from 2022 to this spring, and every one is five stars. In the most recent batch, customers describe him power washing a garage and pool deck "many times," replying quickly to a gutter-cleaning inquiry at a reasonable price, and prepping and staining a deck for a repeat customer. The older reviews tell a similar story: one 2023 review said, "Eric has been cleaning my gutters and power washing my house for many years"; another 2023 review described gutters cleaned within 24 hours of a first call; and a 2022 review noted he used heavy-duty, professional-grade equipment to reach gutters set high off the ground safely. A different 2023 reviewer said they'd found him through a Nextdoor recommendation before hiring him for a gutter job. Beyond gutters and power washing, reviewers also describe him clearing moss from a roof and stairs in 2024, solving a critter problem above a second-floor eave the same day he was called in 2023, and — per one more 2023 review — doing some carpentry work as well. This looks like a solid pick for gutter cleaning or exterior power washing in the Dedham area — worth confirming current pricing and scheduling directly before booking, especially for a bigger job like deck staining or roof work.
