A 2025 customer wrote that when their furnace went out with 4F outside, the technician came out ASAP. A 2024 customer thanked the company for fast service when their furnace quit that day. A 2026 customer wrote that service had become scattered and not as timely as it used to be. A 2025 customer called the service manager a disgrace. A 2023 customer said the Ludlow branch had always been good to them until that year, when they found the workers rude. I was wondering why the service was so scattered and not timely as it used to be. I just discovered that the business was sold to Roberts energy. I miss the old owners who ran a very tight ship. Now it has been quite annoying to get what I need. 4 years ago I wrote this...A neighbor answers the phone and a neighbor also delivers the goods. No more. I sure hope that the new owners get the business up to speed it once was soon.
